Edmonton Creative Art Fair Admission Ticket

Terms & Conditions

1. Event Admission:

   • Admission fee is $5 per person. Children under the age of 4 may enter for free when accompanied by an adult.

   • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. Event Participation:

   • Participation in the Annual Edmonton Children’s Art Contest is open to children aged 4 to 18.

   • Contest topics will be announced at the event and all artwork must be created on-site.

   • All submitted artwork becomes the property of the Creative Dreamers Foundation for the purpose of display and promotion of future events.

3. Photography & Media:

   • By attending, you grant the event organizers permission to photograph and/or record you and your family members during the event. These images and videos may be used for promotional or archival purposes.

4. Code of Conduct:

   • Please be respectful to all artists, vendors, staff, and fellow attendees.

   • Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will result in removal from the event premises without a refund.

5. Health & Safety:

   • Follow all health and safety protocols in place at the venue.

   • Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

6. Vendor & Activity Disclaimer:

   • Local artists and vendors at the event operate independently. The event organizers are not responsible for transactions or interactions with vendors.

   • Interactive art activities are designed for fun and creativity; participation is at your own risk.

7. Use of Proceeds:

   • All proceeds from this event will go to support Edmonton’s young artists through the non-profit Creative Dreamers Foundation.

By paying the admission fee, you acknowledge and agree to all of the above terms and conditions.
