Thank you for your interest in our program.

 

Our all regular programs are a year long, continuing programs. The program starts in September and ends in June every year.

If you would like detailed program information, please send an email to info@hanulartschool.com. We will send you the program guide and provide further information via email.

 

You can register for the program now.

Or you can have a trial class before you decide to register for the program. (Art Only).

You can have your trial class starting from the third week of September (from September 17th).

 

*Continuing students and those who register without a trial class will be prioritized, and then we can book the trial class when space is available.

 

If you want to register without a trial class, We will give you 1 class credit (1 class is free).

 

If you want to register for our program now, you need to deposit $50 (non-refundable) and be required to set-up an auto payment.

(The auto payment will start in September and If you wish to discontinue, at least 15 days notice is required in order for us to stop the payment from next month and on.)

 

 

**If you want to register now (without trial class),

 

  1. Please check the class schedule and submit the form in the link below.

There is a $50 deposit, and we will hold the spot.

The deposit will be deducted from your first month’s payment.

  1. We will send an invoice and payment form in August.
  2. You can email us the payment form or visit our art school during our office hours.
  3. First payment will be processed on September 3th.
  4. September 5th is the first class of our new semester.

 

 

 

**If you want to book a trial class, we can book the trial class in September.

 

You can have a trial class from September 12.

 

  1. Please go to our website and submit the request form. (Booking starting from September 4)

Trial class request form will be available starting from September 3th at the earliest available time slot.

 

  1. We will send a trial confirmation email in September. (If the class is fully booked, we will not be able to book a trial class for that class.)

 

  1. You will be able to register for class after the trial class.

Hanul Art Summer Camp Refund Policy

We understand that summer plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. Please read our refund policy carefully.

If you cancel at least 14 days before the camp start date, you will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee.

If you cancel 7 to 13 days before the camp start date, you will receive a 50% refund minus the $50 processing fee.

No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 7 days of the camp start date, or for no-shows.

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after confirmation.

Camp Guidelines and Expectations

To ensure a fun, creative, and respectful atmosphere for all students, please review and follow these guidelines.

Arrival and Dismissal
Campers may arrive starting 15 minutes before the camp begins.
Camp ends at the scheduled time; students may remain up to 15 minutes after camp while waiting for pickup.

Lunch
Campers must bring their own lunch and water bottle each day.
Please avoid packing food that contains nuts, as some students may have allergies.

Camper Conduct
Campers must treat each other and the staff with respect.
Inappropriate language, teasing, bullying, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Do not bring any dangerous or inappropriate items (e.g., pocket knives, firecrackers).
Phones and electronic devices must stay in bags during activities, unless permission is given.

Participation
All campers are expected to participate in activities, try their best, and maintain a positive attitude.
