Fall 2025 Term – Registration Information

Pre-Registration Period

Pre-registration is open from July 15 to August 31.
Fall term begins in September, with the first classes starting the week of September 2 (Tuesday).
Students should attend their class on the weekday they registered for.

How to Register

Create an account on our website:https://www.hanulartschool.com/sora
Add your child’s information from Account tab, including name, age, and grade.
Available classes will appear based on your child’s age and grade.
Choose a day and time that works for you, and complete the registration.

Program Highlights

Classes run once a week from September to June.
We start with foundational skills and progress to more advanced techniques.
Students explore a wide variety of mediums and creative themes throughout the year.
Our Annual Exhibition will be held on June 21, 2026 at WEM Ice Rink.

Tuition & Registration Fee

For students registering in July or August:
- September tuition and the registration fee must be paid at the time of registration.
- Registration fee is charged only once per student. No need to repay in future years.
  - Little Artist to Bridge Art: $60 (includes sketch bag and crayons)
  - Pre Fine Art & Fine Art: $40 (includes sketchbook)
- Early registrants will receive a discount on one trial class fee.- If your child did not attend a trial class, please mark “No Trial Attended.”- If your child already had a trial class, please mark “Trial Completed.”
- September payment is made online; from October onward, auto-payment setup is required.
- Further instructions regarding payment setup will be sent by email.
- Please visit the office during the first week of September to submit your payment form and pick up your art bag and crayons.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Full refund minus $50 processing fee is available if cancellation is made at least 2 weeks before the first class.
50% refund is available for cancellations made between 2 weeks before the first class and August 31.
No refund for September tuition after the program begins.
If you decide to withdraw during the school year, notify us at least 15 days before the next billing date to stop future payments.
