Party Package (2 Hours)

Hanul Art Birthday Party Package (2 Hours) Celebrate your child’s special day with a creative and memorable art party at Hanul Art School.
Each party is carefully structured to combine fun, creativity, and a relaxed celebration time for families and friends.

What’s Included

• Chalk wall drawing warm-up (10 minutes)
• Guided art session (50–60 minutes)
• Party time for your own celebration (45–60 minutes)

• Clay Creations (Each child creates a clay memo clip and a magnet.)

• Canvas Painting (Each child completes a guided canvas painting.)

How to Book a Birthday Party

Birthday party reservations are available starting two weeks after registration.

For Current Students

1. Log in to the Parent Portal (SORA).
2. Click the Birthday Booking menu.
3. Select the host student for the party.
4. Choose the party size, class type, and snack option.
5. Complete the payment to confirm the reservation.

For New Families (Not Yet Registered)

1. Click Continue as Guest at the bottom of the page.
2. Log in to your account after registration.
3. Enter the parent information and birthday child information.
4. Select the party date and time.
5. Choose the party activity, party size, and snack option.
6. Complete the payment to confirm the reservation.

Terms & Policy for Hanul Art Birthday Party

Studio Courtesy & Party Area Policy

To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, regular art classes may be in session during your party time.
We kindly ask all party guests to remain within the designated party area and avoid entering classrooms
or hallways, so that ongoing classes are not interrupted.

Guest & Payment Policy

Final guest count must be confirmed at least one week prior to the party date.

If more than 8 guests attend and additional guest fees were not prepaid, the balance must be settled
before leaving the studio.

Garbage bags will be provided. All trash must be placed in the provided bags before departure.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least two weeks prior to the party date.

A $20 online processing fee is non-refundable.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within two weeks of the party date or for no-shows.

Food & Supervision Policy

Food, drinks, cake, and decorations may be brought in. Confetti, glitter, and open flame candles are not permitted.

Parents are welcome to stay and attend the party. At least one adult must remain onsite for supervision.

Cleaning & Property Policy

The studio must be left in reasonable condition. Excessive mess may result in an additional cleaning fee.

Damage to studio property or equipment may result in additional charges.

All personal belongings must be taken at the end of the party. Hanul Art School is not responsible for lost or forgotten items.

Timing Policy

Party start and end times must be strictly observed to avoid schedule conflicts with other classes or events.

Please arrive no more than 30 minutes before your scheduled party time to allow proper room preparation.

Late arrivals will not result in an extension of party time.
