Each workshop features a unique theme and materials, allowing you to explore traditional flowers, animals, and other rare, captivating subjects not often encountered.
You’ll also paint not only on paper, but also on fans, silk, Korean mulberry paper (hanji), and more—bringing variety and excitement to each session.

Our First Korean Brush Painting Workshop – Focus on Flowers
Discover the elegance of Korean traditional floral painting in this hands-on workshop.
Learn brush techniques to paint flowers, inspired by the graceful style of Hwajeopdo (Korean flower painting).
Date: October 4, 2025 (Sat)
Time: 4:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Location: Hanul Art School, Edmonton
Note: Korean painting colors must be purchased on-site unless you already own them. All other materials will be provided.
No experience needed – beginners are welcome!
Important Information
Materials: Korean painting color set is required for this workshop. The price is $30 when purchased with your registration. (If you have already taken our class and own the Korean painting colors, you do not need to purchase them again.)
We provide all other materials, including paper, brushes, and palettes.
Age Requirement: Open to participants aged 15 and up.
Final Sale Policy: All registrations are final sale and non-refundable. However, if you notify us at least one week in advance, you may reschedule for another workshop.
Minimum Enrollment: If the minimum number of participants is not met, we will contact you directly to provide alternative options or adjustments.
