Refund and Returns Policy

1. Workshop Information & Policy

Materials: A Korean painting color set is required for this workshop. It is available for $30 when purchased with your registration. If you have previously taken our class and already own the colors, you do not need to purchase them again.
Age Requirement: Open to participants aged 15 and up.
Final Sale: All registrations are final sale and non-refundable. However, if you notify us at least 7 days in advance, you may reschedule for another workshop.
Minimum Enrollment: If the minimum number of participants is not met, we will contact you directly with alternative options or adjustments.
Provided Materials: We provide all other materials, including paper, brushes, and palettes.


2. Seasonal Camp Policy (Spring, Summer, Fall)

Refund and Make-Up Policy

Cancel 14 or more days before the start date
Full refund minus a $50 administrative fee

Cancel 7–13 days before the start date
50% refund

Cancel within 7 days of the start date or no-shows No refund

Once the camp has started, withdrawals, refunds, or credits are not available, as each registration reserves a space for the full week.

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after confirmation.

Illness

If a camper is sick or showing symptoms of illness, please keep them at home.
Missed camp days due to illness are eligible for make-up classes when available.

Arrival and Dismissal

Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before camp begins.
Pickup is available up to 15 minutes after camp ends.

Snack / Lunch

Campers must bring their own snack or lunch (for full-day camps) and a water bottle.
Please avoid sending nut products due to potential allergies.

Camper Conduct

Phones and personal devices must remain in bags during activities unless permission is given.

Campers are expected to participate in activities, try their best, and maintain a positive attitude.

Campers must treat fellow campers and staff with respect.

Inappropriate language, teasing, bullying, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

Dangerous items such as knives, firecrackers, or other hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.

Photography

Photos or videos may occasionally be taken during camp for documentation or promotional purposes.
Students’ faces will not be shown. Images may include artwork, hands, or students from the back, but identifiable facial images will not be used.

Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items brought to camp.

Authorized Pickup

Students will only be released to authorized guardians listed during registration.
